Here we are
Well, here we are...jess and i have to make some major decisions soon. why may you ask? because jess got let go from his job. it was a BIG shocker to us. now, we don't know what to do..stay in kansas or move back to colorado. this is not the time to try and sell a house for sure..so we have to figure out what God wants us to do. and hopefully, jess will find a job SOON. it's scary...but hopefully something good will happen soon.

Oh, Maria...I ache with you! Dane lost his job for 3 and a half months when Amberly was only three weeks old! I KNOW how hard it is!!! Has he started collecting unemployment yet? It's a long process, but it definitely helps! Make sure to contact Department of Human Services and tell them you have no insurance (at least, I'm assuming, since he was the only one working), and that you are pregnant and have no income. You and Tyler will instantly qualify for Medicaid, and they will pay ALL your expenses, Tyler for at least a year, and you at least until 2 months after the pregnancy ends. And the baby will automatically have it for a year after he/she is born, too. Having that is what really helped us while Dane was unemployed.
We will CERTAINLY be praying that Jess finds work FAST, and that God will give you a clear direction for the time being. Email me your number so I can call you, deary!!

I'm sorry to hear about your situation. Brenton just resigned from his Admissions position so we are trying to figure out income as well. However, I know that does not compare to what you are going through!
